Proposed Civil Bill

Even though your representative has an obligation to protect the citizens of his District, we have found that some representatives are opposed to "mandates," meaning there is the appearance that small businesses will incur increased costs.

To get around the "Anti-Mandate" provision, we have used the word "request" for medical doctors.
