What changes have you made at the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center since you learned about the illegal and secret blacklist in Handling Codes 3 & 4?
There is currently no meaningful redress for someone listed as a “Non-investigative Subject.” Why?
How many names are currently held on the TSDB under Handling Codes 3 & 4? How many are US citizens or legal residents? Can you explain the descrepancy between the stated numbers on the TSC’s nominations, and the additions plus rejections? Nominations = Additions + Rejections
How closely does the FBI work with Schriever Space Force Base? Have any FBI Agents been stationed at Schriever Base?
Does the FBI hold classified information at the TSC?
Does the FBI have a file on Robert F. Kennedy, Jr? Does that not constitute election interference?
How often does the FBI renew a FISA warrant? What percentage of renewals involve someone named on the TSDB Handling Codes 3 or 4? Can the FBI renew a FISA warrant more than five times? Is there a limit to the renewals?
How many minor children are listed on the TSDB?
How many actual terrorist events have been thwarted by the FBI? Do not include the fabricated plots concocted by the FBI.
Is it true that 97% of TSDB names have no known ties to terrorism?
