General Saltzman

General Chance Saltzman picked to succeed General Jay Raymond at the US Space Force.  Saltzman is known to his family members as having a secondary personality, and being a "cold-blooded monster."  Apparently, this is the criteria the CIA uses to pick new leaders:

(1)  Can we create a secondary personality in the candidate? 
(2)  Can we absolutely control him through subliminal messaging?
