“WARNING - APPROACH WITH CAUTION”
A message similar to this will be on a Policeman’s computer, if they pull over a Targeted Individual (Handling Code 3), or a vehicle that is owned by a Targeted Individual. You might consider politely informing the officer that you are a "Non-Investigative Subject" And then refer the police officer to TargetedJustice.com or Federal Lawsuit 4:23-cv-01013. Targeted Justice recommends keeping flyers in your car, such as the one on our Home page.

When a search is performed by police or sheriffs, TI's will show up as a "Silent Hit" - which means the only information that will be given to the police officer, is a confirmation that the person is on the TSDB. No other details are provided to the officer. He is instructed not to detain you, and to contact the FBI’s TSC.

NCIC
The NCIC is the National Crime Information Center. This organization is responsible for distributing the daily update from the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center (TSC).

Unconstitutional
The DOJ, FBI, and DHS continue to violate our Constitutional rights by retaining our names on a terrorist list. It is defamation. It is a violation of the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) which requires the government to provide the reasons and procedures for placing someone on the list. Grossly illegal.

What Can You Do?
Keep flyers with you at all times, when you leave the house. Be prepared to politely hand a flyer to Police, Firemen, or people that are following you. Don’t start a fight. Don’t threaten anyone. We will win this thru the courts.

As someone familiar with the terror practices of the enemy, I am extremely grateful for the work and information by Targeted Justice and its legal team, especially lawyer Ana Toledo who, as a targeted person herself, she was able to overcome the trauma and become a champion for the rights of everyone else.
When a person requests a determination if they're on the Terrorist Watchlist through the FOIA and the response is no records found then these atrocities continue to be perpetrated upon the individual. I guess they aren't releasing the truth to everyone.
