I’m recent TI - what is the point of this? I don’t understand what they are getting out torturing me with microwave and V2K attacks 24/7. What are they “learning” from this? That is extremely painful, disruptive and debilitating? I mean duh. That it works for torture. Yep. What is it? Trying to understand what the end game of this program is and why I would even be on this list? Or anyone for that matter.
