Subliminal messaging
Subliminal messaging is one of the most harmful things that is being done to the Targeted community. The technology is usually broadcast from cell towers, as described by the diagrams on our home page. This is essentially the same technology as V2K, but it is used at frequencies & volumes, that only the subconscious mind can hear.
It is our opinion that subliminal messaging is being broadcast at the entire population. You can learn to block most of the harmful content with some simple self-suggestions.
For example, to create “Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS)", a simple suggestion like, “You hate Trump!, You hate Trump!, You hate Trump!” - can be broadcast for weeks or months at the entire population, which creates the syndrome in people that are highly-suggestible. This is an actual diagnosis from medical doctors, and yet they have no idea how it was initiated. (The entire program is funded by the CIA.)

This simple but powerful statement can be repeated at bedtime, or during meditative periods during the day. It is extremely effective. Although it cannot stop microwave attacks, it can prevent the personality from becoming vulnerable to alteration, or behavior modification. This self-hypnosis statement also has other beneficial side effects.

This is my wheelhouse.
I realized 17 years ago, when overt targeting began, that my mind was the target. I created affirmations, recorded affirmations., and played affirmations day in and day out, sleeping, waking. Progress was very slow. I also developed exercises for improving my concentration and focus.
Got me through the period when my body was being scarred, head to toe. I have many pictures that are as horrific as any on the dew injuries page.
But the real deal is when one connects with GOD, the LORD of All, with a mind that is somewhat free of the V2k debris.
I have achieved Silent Mind, and you can too. That's #2 behind connecting with GOD.
