Dr Steven Greer & Bill Colby
The invention was apparently already operational in the 1990’s. It was first described by Dr Steven Greer in 1996, after he arranged to meet with former CIA Director, William Colby. Colby had offered to bring a working model of a free-energy device, that operated on the principals of zero-point energy, to share with Dr Greer. The device was described as, about the size of a large microwave oven. Unfortunately, a few days before the intended meeting, Colby was found dead, floating in the river near his vacation home.

UHM and yeah not trying to split hairs but it wasn't the Potomac it was a tributary of that his body was found. OF course using notoriously left leaning Wikipedia site but that's what it said. His canoe and body not far apart...
Of course he was murdered though I would believe that if this device is true which shows me why Richard is targeted with his Lighthouse Frequency I see in the drawing...
But yeah, every time something is developed that would free up mankind from the Billionaires and millionaires, and companies Like GE and Westinghouse, AT&T, and all the others they end up dead...

I have no technical engineering expertise so can't see how that thing would work or not but Cool, we could disconnect from the Grid and not have an IP address from the smart meters.
I wish I had the money I'd make me a solar panel and something to store the energy in and maybe back that up with a windmill and then I'd have power free or almost free and not have to use their damned smart meters...
I'd love to see or hear more on these kinds of devices and the stories from them... I know that one guy the CIA guy Steven Greer has lots of stuff he knows about all this...

I noticed from Wikipedia, that George Bush SR took over after this guys death... Fricking God damn status quoe people piss me off... Never liked Bush nor his son/s. Didn't really like Reagan, neither he is was a Hypocrite it seems. Comes out warning us about communism then did the Iran Contra thing OMFG...
