Informing a Congressman is something you have the legal right to do. And it will be protected by whistleblower laws. However, a Congressman cannot prosecute a corrupt executive in the government. He can only expose.

If your information is related to the targeting program, Targeted Justice can provide your information to a Federal Court and Petition the Court to act on it, if it meets certain conditions.
We cannot promise any results, only that we will try to make use of your information and will, to the fullest extent possible, protect your identity.

Pick a public place with security cameras, such as the Ice Cream section at Krogers in the Houston Heights. You can send an intermediary. After we get details, then further communications can happen.
