If you are a Targeted Individual and you are charged with a crime -
it is important that you demand to see your TSDB records. All of them.
Federal Rules require that the government must provide these records.

Further, demand that they provide evidence that you are a "Known or Suspected Terrorist."
Tell your attorney that the records prove you were set up & framed, since they have zero evidence that you are a "Known or Suspected Terrorist."
According to sworn FBI testimony in ElHady v. Kable; 391 F.Supp.3d 562 (2019),
97% of TSDB names have "no known ties to terrorism."

Rule 16(e)
Government's Disclosure
(E) Documents and Objects. Upon a defendant’s request, the government must permit the defendant to inspect and to copy or photograph books, papers, documents, data, photographs, tangible objects, buildings or places, or copies or portions of any of these items, if the item is within the government’s possession, custody, or control and:
(i) the item is material to preparing the defense;
(ii) the government intends to use the item in its case-in-chief at trial; or
(iii) the item was obtained from or belongs to the defendant.

If you were previously convicted of a crime, you may be able to have it overturned
because the government criminals failed to follow Rule 16(e), and give you
copies of all your records held at the FBI's Terrorist Screening Center.

Make a Privacy Act request - If they failed to follow the Privacy Act and provide your records, then they also violated your rights.

I can't wait until the federal govt. has to prove in every criminal court case that they weren't secretly neuro-torturing the defendant. Just the thought of it brings tears to my eyes.
