You can catch these a holes
at least the people that are being harassed with v2k
It May not be able to identify who “ they “ are
But you can damn sure prove that there are some things going on
that aren’t supposed to be
and it needs to stop immediately
I can’t say who or where it’s coming from but I believe that with the help from people with the right skill sets in RF modulation a good forensic audio processing team and a good black hat network security professional
could put a stop to a big part of the problem
And give a lot of TIs suffering from this harassment confirmation their not crazy
IT IS POSSIBLE TO RECORD THEM
I don’t know if there’s different modes that aren’t recordable
But there is definitely a way to record some of it

I’ve been heavily harassed with V3k for the last five years but since I discovered how to do this they have started doing things to me physically
I’ve had tinnitus now for several weeks
I’m getting these giant sores on my arms an legs
Strange muscle spasms that feel like someone is poking me in the back with their finger
My vision keeps blurring to the point where I sometimes have trouble reading
We are being tested for the effects of tools being developed for a new frontier in combat
They are trying to figure out how to manipulate people’s opinions thought patterns core beliefs
They are mapping the mind and learning how break a person down
