The Office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) is part of the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). I&A is the only IC element charged with delivering intelligence to State, Local, and private sector partners, and developing intelligence from those partners for the Department and the IC.

I&A provides funding to the Fusion Centers and the FBI for gangstalking, illegal surveillance, & other criminal activity.
