Demand Letter to FBI, DOJ, & DHS

Remove the names of Targeted Individuals from the TSDB

A Demand Letter is the first step before filing a lawsuit.

Targeted Justice has sent a Letter to the FBI, DHS, and DOJ demanding that Targeted Individual names are removed from the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB).  Why is it different this time? - We are using the sworn statements of FBI Agents to prove the FBI's criminal activity. (TJ has done some amazing research that will benefit the entire TI Community!)

“In violation of the Privacy Act, the First, Fifth and Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the agencies you direct failed to reply and/or send responses to TJ Members by either denying to have any information on them and/or providing a blanket Glomar denial statement refusing to accept or deny that the agency has information on each one of them.”

“PERSONAL LIABILITY: As a result of your and your predecessors' unconstitutional inclusion of TJ Members in the TSDB's NIS sublist, most of them have sustained and continue to sustain cruel and unusual punishment in violation of the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution that includes, but is not limited to the following:”

“Should you fail to comply with your ministerial duties as stated above and comply with the demands requested herein, Targeted Justice will proceed with the filing of a civil suit to compel you to do so.“
