Correction

This is a correction & clarification for a statement in the previous newsletter. Targeted Justice is requesting Targeted Individuals to register so we can look up your name on the Terrorist Screening Database, as part of the current lawsuit. This request depends on the Court granting us the authorization to examine the full TSDB and not just any extraction from it that defendants concoct.

We are not registering for future lawsuits at this time, nor seeking to amend the complaint. We cannot add anyone to this current lawsuit.

Register

TJ is seeking from the court, access to the TSDB’s handling codes 3 and 4.

These are the categories that contain the names of most of the people in the ‘Program’. We are preparing this list so that if and when the Court grants access to HC 3 and 4 of the TSDB, we have are ready with your authorization on file, to look up your name on the TSDB. Your personal information goes only to the attorney’s email and will not be shared with anyone other than the court. Any court disclosure will only include your full legal name and city, state of residence. The rest of the informations is essential to make a positive identification of you in the TSDB, prepare legal arguments and contacting you.

The registries go straight to the attorney’s private email account for the purposes stated above.

Registering does not mean that you will be a Plaintiff in any lawsuit. With only one attorney available, we are cautiuosly moving ahead with the essential and strategic legal actions to end the targeting ‘Program’.

Our attorney has not been paid a single dime yet. Please understand how difficult it is to find ANY ATTORNEY that will work without pay, for an extended period of time.
