RE: CEASE & DESIST/ SEC Rule 10(b)(5)

Dear Sirs:

This is a formal demand under SEC Rule 10(b)(5), requesting that both you and Crown Castle’s Board of Directors carry out full disclosure with the company’s shareholders about its collaboration with the targeted individual program, the exorbitant liability this imposes on the company, and the potential for significant reduction in the value of its shares resulting therefrom.

Targeted Justice, Inc. (“TJ”) is a 26 USC § 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-partisan Texas corporation representing the interests of over 4,000 Targeted Individuals (TIs) that comprise its membership. It publishes the website www.targetedjustice.com and its newsletter, www.targetedjustice.substack.com.

After significant research, TJ has concluded that Crown Castle owns and operates weaponized cellular towers equipped with Ericsson’s microwave beam-forming chip, registered under US Patent 10,164,694. Unnecessary for the transmission of voice and data, this chip serves the purpose of converting the cell tower into a Directed Energy Weapon (“DEW”).

Crown Castle allows the United States Space Force (USSF) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to use its facilities to torture innocent civilians.

Crown Castle’s weaponized towers have been inflicting microwave attacks, remote neural monitoring (US Patent 3,951,134), subliminal messaging (US Patent 4,877,027), and voice-to-skull auditory effect (U.S. Patent 4,877,027) on innocent American citizens and legal residents.

Some of Crown Castle’s towers are also equipped with frequency multipliers with an output of 60 - 65 GHz installed in towers close to medical facilities. These lethal devices serve no purpose other than to murder patients on ventilators and life-support equipment. This has been scientifically documented.

Facilitating these attacks on over 300,000 innocent civilians, Crown Castle may be incurring charges of Treason or Misprision of Treason, codified in 18 USC §2381-2382.

Furthermore, Crown Castle’s complicity with the USSF and the CIA for the use of its facilities may also involve the following criminal provisions:

- 18 U.S. Code § 2340; (c) Conspiracy to commit torture.

- 18 U.S. Code § 2384; Seditious Conspiracy.

- 18 U.S. Code § 2389; Recruiting for service against the United States.

- 18 U.S. Code § 241; Conspiracy to Deprive Constitutional Rights.

- 18 U.S. Code § 242; Deprivation of Constitutional Rights.

- 18 U.S. Code § 1961; Organized Crime Control Act of 1980. (RICO)

- Numerous State laws concerning aggravated assault, stalking, harassment and murder.

Pending before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas is the case, Targeted Justice v. Garland, 4:23-cv-01013, demanding, inter alia, an end to the torture “Program” carried out through the use of DEW as well as the payment of billions of dollars in damages.

Crown Castle may be held liable for the damages perpetrated upon Targeted Individuals under the illegal torture “Program”.

Aside from the request under SEC Rule 10(b)(5), TJ hereby demands that Crown Castle, in its duty to mitigate and prevent additional damages, carry out the following:

a) Immediately CEASE AND DESIST granting access to the United States Space Force to continue the use of its cellular towers for DEW purposes.

b) Remove from all towers the Ericsson-patented microwave beamforming chip.

c) Remove from all towers any frequency multipliers with an output of 60 - 65 GHz.

This letter does not constitute an exhaustive statement of our position, nor is it a waiver of any rights or remedies in this or any other related matter.

We expect a reply within two weeks.
