The Supreme Court has defined what “Free Speech” means through a number of rulings. Targeted Justice has always complied with the definitions and meaning of these principles.

SUPREME COURT CASES:
1. Baumgartner v. United States, 322 U.S. 665 (1944)
“One of the prerogatives of American citizenship is the right to criticize public men and measures — and that means not only informed and responsible criticism, but the freedom to speak foolishly and without moderation.”
This means you can criticize government officials and any of their methods. You can make fun of them. You can even express foolish opinions about them.
/
2. Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969)
Government cannot punish speech unless it is intended to incite “imminent lawless action,” and is "likely to produce such action."
Imminent lawless action means something like - “let’s break down this door right now, and rob this house.” This is not free speech because it involves immediate action and is likely to happen.
/
3. Hess v. Indiana, 414 U.S. 105 (1973)
Mere advocacy of a future, potential crime, is not a crime. It is Free Speech.
Saying that you would like to “rough up” a specific government agent, at some time in the future, is not illegal speech. It is free speech because it does not involve immediate action. Likewise, advocating for the future destruction of the FBI’s abusive Terror Watchlist is free speech.

The use of Public Records is not Doxing. Doxing involves the use of Personally Identifying Information (PII) that is private and confidential. The use of Public Records is Free Speech, including:
County Property records
Voter Registration records

Veripages.com
Publicdata.com, etc.

Targeted Justice will continue to highlight and criticize the government officials and their corruption at the FBI, CIA, NSA, DHS, and other agencies. We will use public records to highlight where they are, and distribute flyers. Targeted Justice never intends to threaten anyone, and we only advocate for non-violent solutions.
/
Targeted Justice encourages the use of your free speech rights. Criticize government officials. Write and publish about their corruption. You don’t have free speech rights unless you are willing to use them…

ABSOLUTELY WE CAN! And WILL! What Americans need to realize is that our government was created FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE. That's why WE VOTE!
government ELECTED OFFICIALS, meas they were put in office BY, and work FOR US.
SO, we have every right to criticize, or express our options and views about what and how they are doing their job, and if we don't like it, WE CAN REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR POSITION.
Thats a very important fact the public needs to realize, and take action towards, before we lose that right!
WE, THE PEOPLE!
We need a way to contact Biden havanah syndrome committee. Before it closes!
