How to defeat the DEW attacks on your nose and sinus that are congested.

1. Lay down on your back, and tilt your head back.
2. Use Afrin nose spray (oxymetazoline HCI or generic), and put several drops into each nostril.

Yes I had the 24 hour “Flu” only symptom was fever and chills and felt like hit by a bus, 2x. No one else got sick. I’m a TI.
