The FBI claims that the Federal Courtroom testimony of one of their Agents, is not a Public Record. FBI Agent Matthew J. DeSarno testified on behalf of the FBI in the Federal Court Case:

The FBI has refused to provide any of the records of his testimony from a FOIA request, which is a violation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Agent DeSarno is considered an expert on the use, and misuse of the FBI's Terror Watchlist. Voter registration records show that Matthew James DeSarno lives at

PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST of October 21, 2021, Reference # B001891-102121 sent to the Boston Police Dept., which "Blueleaks" showed contained false and defamatory information about Targeted Justice. The request is more than 6 months overdue. That is in violation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Shawn A.
